Site Manager / Project Manager

Electrical work manager, office facilities.
 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • experience in construction works supervised by yourself min. 5 years
  • ability to carry out works
  • a/ finishing of premises and flats
  • b/ Sewerage
  • experience in organising executive teams, enforcing performance and implementing according to the work schedule
  • mandatory powers to manage construction work
 

DUTY:

  • direct supervision of the quality of works
  • planning needs in terms of forces and means of production
  • ongoing monitoring of the established budget accounting for the costs of the works being carried out, preparing statements of used materials and keeping the necessary investment documentation within the scope of the entrusted tasks responsibility for the implementation of the tasks in accordance with the work schedule permanent cooperation with investors, inspectors and subcontractors within the scope of the works being carried out
 
  • Preparation of the work schedule, descriptions, technical solutions
coordination and control of subcontractors' work
