REQUIREMENTS:

• experience in electrical works supervised by yourself min. 5 years
• the ability to do the work:
• a/ electrical;
• b/ current entitlements;
• experience in organising executive teams, enforcing performance and implementing according to the work schedule;
• Mandatory powers to manage electrical works.

DUTY:

• direct supervision of the quality of works;
• planning needs in terms of forces and means of production
• ongoing monitoring of the established budget
• accounting for the costs of the works being carried out, preparing statements of used materials and keeping the necessary investment documentation within the scope of the entrusted tasks responsibility for the implementation of the tasks in accordance with the work schedule permanent cooperation with investors, inspectors and subcontractors within the scope of the works being carried out;
• Preparation of the work schedule, descriptions, technical;
• solutions;
• coordination and control of subcontractors' work.
